Beef Teriyaki


BEEF:
1. Marinate for 30 minutes 300g of Sukiyaki cut beef in Yamasa Sukiyaki Sennka (Sukiyaki Base Sauce). If you don't have any, you may use ½ cup soy sauce, ½ cup brown sugar and a few drops of bonito extract.
2. In a skillet heat 2 tsp oil and pan sear the beef a few slices at a time. Drizzle with the marinade while searing.
3. If there are some marinade left, boil it in a sauce pan and dilute with some beef stock and reduce.

To serve, place thin slices of cucumbers on the sides and layer the beef in the middle. Drizzle some of the sauce and sprinkle some toasted white sesame seeds.
